The Printer / Media Technologist will be responsible for setting up and operating modern flexographic, digital, and screen printing machinery for high-quality label production. This role requires a detail-oriented professional focus on maintaining strict production parameters, ensuring on time delivery and optimizing processes within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in print media and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up, print, and perform die-cutting on modern flexographic, digital, and screen printing machines specifically for label production.
• Quality Control: Adhere to production and quality parameters according to internal specifications and document all required test parameters accurately.
• Workflow Management: Monitor deadlines for assigned orders to ensure timely delivery and contribute to the optimization of existing production processes.
• Departmental Collaboration: Work within a shift-based system to ensure continuous production and maintain a systematic, independent work style.
