We now have a vacancy for a Customer Service Executive reporting directly to the Internal Sales Team Leader.

The role will be based in our facility in East Kilbride. The purpose of this position is to provide excellent service and ‘contact experience’ for the customer within designated set of accounts to meet the customer’s pricing, delivery and quality requirements. Exceed customer expectations and deal with all aspects of account management.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

•           Ensure accurate and ‘winnable’ quotations are delivered to the customer within agreed timelines, whilst at the same time identifying missing information to quotation process

•           Input customers forecast information accurately into IFS Demand Planner Model and identify forecast accuracy/risks

•           Confirm order lead time with customer and work with Operations to ensure on time delivery of products and samples is met

•           Communicate regularly and proactively with customers to develop relationships and maximize further business opportunities with them at all times

•           Coordinate with the Quality Department dealing with customer complaints and taking ownership for delivery of satisfactory resolution

•           Ensure proactive and timely responses to external sales and customer enquiries

•           Monitor on a monthly basis forecast vs. actual sales figures 

•           Monitor finished goods value levels, stock building, delivery etc

•           Extract key customer information that can be used to promote better performance

•           Other duties as required and agreed


•           Good English (both written and spoken) is required

•           Experience in a customer service or related role is preferred

•           Experience in a manufacturing environment would be desired but not essential

•           Familiarity with order processing and customer forecast analysis operations

•           Excellent communication skills

•           PC and ERP systems literacy

•           Customer focused skills

•           Good team player

•           Excel Skills


Salary: Salary is dependent on skills & experience. When submitting your application, please outline your current salary, salary expectations and notice period. 

Hours of Work: The hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week.  Our standard working hours are Monday to Thursday 08.45-17.15 and Friday 09.00-15.00 however, flexibility may be required when manufacturing support is necessary.

Product Engineer

Location: Strongsville, OH

Purpose of position: The Product Engineer will provide technical support for new business applications and drive cost and quality improvements to existing products. This person will be responsible to determine costs and conduct feasibility reviews on new products. From the award of new business, the product engineer will manage the project until successfully approved by the customer and internal stakeholders. The product engineer will be responsible to ensure new business meets quality and cost objectives. Product engineers will also support changes requested by suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • New part setup including:
  • Verifying all feasibility concerns are addressed
  • QAD part setup
  • Documenting manufacturing and quality specifications
  • Coordinating lab testing
  • Tooling design and order
  • Flow, PFMEA, control plan documentation
  • Quoting new business: material identification, manufacturing process, cost analysis, noting and addressing feasibility concerns
  • Setup for new materials: planning requirements, spec identification, IMDS, Reach/RoHS
  • ECNs for material changes or other changes requiring customer approval
  • Project management for larger scale product launches (coordinate testing, prototyping, test orders, control plan development)
  • Supporting manufacturing with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for customer complaints. Own all actions associated with product or process design
  • Any other tasks as assigned to support business needs

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in as an engineer in a manufacturing environment
  • Previous project coordination/management in an engineering role
  • Previous engineering role requiring regular customer interaction
  • Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
  • Creativity and analytical skills
  • Competence with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Solid Works, or other)
  • Technical experience in a printing and/or converting environment preferred
  • Lean Certification preferred

Purpose of Role

We now have an entry level vacancy for a Quality Control Inspector reporting directly to the UK Quality Manager. The purpose of this position will be to carry out Customer AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) inspection for critical parts (labels) as an integral part of the quality control process, support process auditing and data entry on various databases.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Inspect sample parts to Inspection Criteria
  • Adherence to work instructions and job documentation at all times
  • Take sample parts from batch as per AQL sampling plan
  • Data entry
  • Maintain and assist in continual feedback loop that enhances information and develops team skill base with particular regard to any identified product failures
  • Escalate issues to Quality Engineer/Quality Manager/Production personnel as appropriate
Co-ordinate with production and logistics personnel to ensure customer shipment dates are met

Qualifications / Experience / Skills

Whilst previous experience in an inspection / manufacturing role may be advantageous, the following skill-set is preferable:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good numeracy skills (minimum of National 4 or equivalent)
  • Competent IT skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication skills at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to work on own and prioritise workload
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Customer focused skills

Hours of Work: The role is shift based operating from 6:30 to 22:50 on an alternate early shift / back shift pattern. Flexibility will be required to modify this during periods of high customer demand.

This position will be responsible for managing the day to day activities of Key Accounts that are in the Automotive, Electronics and Appliance markets. The Customer Service Representative will be the point of contact for the customer and will assist in any customer needs (i.e. inventory, vendor managed inventory, on time delivery, scorecard relations). To provide timely, attentive and positive service to the customer and making sure that their needs are met in a matter that reflects positively on the company.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Support all aspects of service to the customer.
  • Receive and process Purchase/Sales Orders and customer forecasts
  • Day to day ownership of the Customer VMI System and Customer on time delivery ratings
  • Responsible for ensuring that cum balances are current and match (supplier to customer) daily, investigating and working with internal experts to fix Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) demands
  • Point person for all customer account communication to the internal commercial, supply chain and logistics departments
  • Ensure that all TS documentation is current and being observed
  • Strategic liaison with others in Supply Chain department, daily interaction with Scheduling, Purchasing, Demand Planning and Logistics
  • Work with Division Commercial Sales team and Quoting team
  • Initiate and implement initiatives which improve customer service and responsiveness
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Ability to provide professionalism, patience and a people-first attitude.
  • Knowledge of Customer Supplier Portals or other Electronic Data Interchange methods with an understanding of customer/ supplier Cum’s, ASN, Forecast data, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task and drive actions to completion under strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Above Average Excel skills and the ability to analyze data
  • Must have experience an ERP software, such as Oracle, BAAN, or SAP. QAD preferred

Qualifications / Experience / Skills

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred; however will consider an Associate’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience or a minimum of 5 years of supply chain experience in lieu of a degree
